Please ensure that coffee capsules and machines are returned in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Pack Securely
Place the unused items back into their original shipping box with all manuals and accessories included to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you to arrange a convenient time for the collection of your return package.
Receive Refund
After our quality team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
